Is Life Is Feudal: Your Own really single player?

olepiolepi Member EpicPosts: 3,055

The basic question, can you play the new LiF:YO as a single player, solo?

The basic answer, yes, you are marooned on an island and have to survive. That is the game. Solo play means no combat with other players. You can harvest, craft, and build all you want. So yes, you can play solo, sandbox style.

Can you "level" by killing monsters? No, there are no monsters. There are no quests. There is only you on the island, with a few wolves and other animals. Wolves can be dangerous, but you can't make a game out of killing wolves. There just won't be that much combat.

So yes, you can build ginormous sandcastles with infinite intricacy, but no one will see them but you. Unless you open your server up to other people.

Sadly, the only thing I regret from playing on a private dedicated RP server

Is the game limited to servers of 64 people?  Or is that just the limit for private servers?
