So over the years I've tried my hand at Hot-keying and I am just terrible at it unfortunately. Tried Aion and the number of Actions or you bar is insane along with some classes I would like to play in WoW (unless they changed that). I know Lotro reduced the number of Actions and streamlined it so i wasn't going crazy clicking and clicking and clicking. I don't really know what Archeage action bars are like i just started playing and have yet to find out if it's at all like that. I liked the Action bars for GW2 (even though it's not an MMO D3) and Wildstar a lot because i didn't really have to move my hand around like crazy hitting buttons and sucking at it, i resorted to clicking everything and i really want to see the battles, i mean I can but to a limited extent ya know? Are there any games that simplify Action Bars like that to make it a little less chaotic? I know Rift has Macros and you can attach whatever action you want to them (not a big fan of Rift ever since the expansion though unfortunately
, i heard TESO does that but that it's also not to fun of a game. any help would be appreciated.

They also have a radial wheel option that allows you to cut that number in half by toggling back and forth between 2 bars... but I prefer to hotkey everything.
I know WoW is streamlining their class abilities in patch 6.0. I do not know of any games that I can recommend to you unfortunately.
In WoW the developers are doing some "ability pruning" to cut back on the hotkey bloat that has increased over time. You can read some more about it here: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/13423478/warlords-of-draenor%E2%84%A2-beta-patch-notes-august-19-8-19-2014 and here is the first paragraph to give you a general idea:
Over the years, we've added significantly more new spells and abilities to the game than we've removed. This has led to the complexity of the game increasing steadily over time, to the point we're at now, where players feel like they need dozens of keybinds. There are many niche abilities which could theoretically be useful in some rare case, but usually are not. There are many abilities that we'd be better off not having. We decided that we needed to make a strong push for paring down the number of abilities each class/spec has. That means making some abilities restricted to certain specs that really need them instead of being class-wide, and outright removing some other abilities. It also includes removing some Spellbook clutter, such as passives that could be merged with others, or with base abilities.
Any of the console generation mmos have very few skills on the hot bar. It's just a matter of what you like in the game. Try neverwinter, it's simple and free. I wouldn't take peoples word here on TESO. btw. If you don't mind the box price it's worth trying.
You should give Teso a try,it's quite fun to level to 50 - after that it depends on how much you hate the other factions .
Good to hear that, already WoW cut too much stuff over the years, ending with 10 skills would be awful for veteran players.
i agree, it has 1 bar like gw2, but the combat is a lot slower (at least so it was when i played last time)
try gw2 it has 10 skills in the action bar but a lot of skills to chose from
Swtor? You need like 3-4 bars full of skills. lol.
An MMO that doesn't get crazy with how many skills you have on the UI is Project: Gorgon. There are two skill bars with 6 skills each and a side bar with skills you rarely ever use unless you want to use it for potions and first aid kits. Skills are sort of like Guild Wars 2. It also has a Diablo 3 feel in that the loot you get is random, and you can do some dungeon crawling though there isn't any procedural generation.
It's an Alpha, though. There are no micro-transactions and there is no fee to play Alpha. Just download the client. The graphics aren't better than either of the two games you mentioned, but it has a charm of its own. I don't see characters being wiped for a very long time, so that's a plus.
I don't know about end game stuff (not there yet), but ESO is polished and there's plenty to do. Aside from no action bar clutter, most of the UI is hidden when it's not necessary to see (e.g. chat window automatically goes if nobody is saying anything).
Some decisions do affect the game, but almost all dialogue options are for the story/lore. It's pretty obvious when it's going to change something.
Be sure to shop around for keys, you can still find it with the Explorer's Pack for about £10/$15 and 30 days.
I'll throw in my support for SWTOR as well. As Gorwe said, most of the time you'll probably be using about 8 skills. All the rest are highly situational, like abilities with a long cooldown you're only going to use during a tough battle, or ones you'll only activate when trying to solo heroics or doing group content (CC abilties).
And if you really want a game that has a small action bar, The Secret World is a good one to go for, as someone mentioned already. It's B2P, and often on discount. It has a fun main story and a good setting, and plenty of customization when it comes to your build.
ESO also has the smaller hotbar. And it's also a fun game IMO. Of course it all comes down to your own opinion and tastes. Here's another recent thread, of someone who was told ESO was no fun, and stayed away from it for some time because he listened to the more vocal elements, who like to browbeat everyone into sharing their opinion.

Yes, as in most games you can just click through the dialogues.
Your choices will somewhat shape how certain areas look around you, but there's no major impact, and it won't affect your character's stats or anything if that's what you mean.

Otherwise, I'll second others' suggestions of ESO and TSW. They can be bought pretty cheap and are certainly worth at least one look.
