I'm interested in getting the game, and was wondering about how much is the initial package of the game? how it runs on the minimum requirements? how much are the expected chapters going to be (if anyone knows...)

The game costs about $50, and future expansions/chapters (which are supposed to be as big as the first) will cost either the price of most other xpacs ($30?) or another $50. Can't really say right now as they don't actually exist yet. But, at the most, it could cost as much as the original, but it could also be less. All that's been said is that the'll be "competitively priced". That won't really come up for a while though. The original just barely came out, and no xpacs should be due out until about 6-9 months (maybe subtract the one month the game has been out so far).

As for how it runs, well I haven't played it on "minimum" req, but have played on fairly low specs. It's very flexible/scalable for different hardware and plays just fine on modest systems.

My computer is a little more than 3 years old and it runs flawlessly.

Here are my specs:

-Windows XP Pro SP2
-AMD Athlon 1800+
-1 Gig RAM
-Nvidia GeForce 3 Ti 500 64 Meg

I'm even running different server programs in the background and my anti-virus and it still doesn't seem to affect my gameplay.

well you can, but you wont have the maximum rendering, it'll probably be laggy.

I recommand you play the game with a better config to enjoy it
