The title says it all... Almost. First off;
My def for fantasy: A game with knights, dragons, ect...
I would prefer anime-style graphics. I have played many MMO, including... Dragon Nest, Mabinogi, Elsword, Aura Kingdom, Neverwinter... Vindictus... And much more. I just can't think of any. Not that these aren't good games, but I want something new and not repetitive. I'm sure there is an mmo that won't become boring a few months into it. (I am a 6-year RS player too, but don't feel like paying for membership. Tight on money at the moment.)
Thanks in advance for all your suggestions!

If I had to recommend some of the fantasy F2P that I've played, I'd have to say:
Aion
RIFT
On Hold: FFXIV Heavensward, Blade and Soul, Firefall
Can't think of any with anime style graphics. But F2P with knights and dragons...
Achaea - Has 3 Knight classes, and you can transform into a Dragon at level 99, with buffed stats and a new skillset
Istaria: Sandbox MMO with a playable Dragon race, but not very popular game. Steep, steep learning curve.
Eldevin: Browser based 3d MMO very similar to WoW / Runescape. The storyline has a lot to do with Dragons.

Velika: City of Wheels: Among the mortal races, the humans were the only one that never built cities or great empires; a curse laid upon them by their creator, Gidd, forced them to wander as nomads for twenty centuries...
Give DDO a try if you get bored with the WoW clones. It's one of the few that actually brings something different to the table.
