Stop WoW vs Everything Topics

I am getting bored of endless WoW vs GW and WoW vs EQ2 topics. Why can't you accept the games on their merits instead of bickering. I haven't played WoW yet and these topic are going to provoke me too. my opinion is that they are too dissimilar to compare.

I am not trying to offend people but these are really irrelivant.

I know its always WoW vs this and WoW vs that. It's flattering for WoW, but sad how people cant just be happy about the game they like and have to say to other people "hey no really, my games better!"

I always try to keep posts positive, as I'm a game fan. Some people just want to be right though /shrug

Oh, right, another pointless thread. It will stop the time forums are non-existant. You are not obligated to click on all the threads in a forum, just don't go in if you don't like the topic. This thread achieves pretty much what those GameX vs. GameY threads achieve, which is nothing.

Was about to say the same thing. These threads on how X and Y thread are annoying are actaully more annoying the original thread there complaining about and there's so many of these it seems.

On another note...
When do you all believe that WoW will be declining in numbers? I'm sure they are still growing slightly, but when do you think it will begin to go downhill?

i dont see why people like wow. none of hte new games are that good i played all of them and ultima online is what i still think to be great because you have many skills and dont just have to level. you also have player housing and a good pvp system with factions and such. but now the game is dead.
