I want another game like this

Currently I am playing FFXIV ARR. I want a game where I can get gear and do dungeons without spending money. The reason I cannot play WoW is that I do not have enough money to get gemmed. I realised that even if I levellled up in WoW my lack of funds will severely hamper my ability to get a mount and to get gemmed.

 

I recently started playing FFXIV about 3 months and I am item level 99. I work daily doing dungeons and other content to level up collecting the tomes and working the weekly limits to gain my gear. This does not require that I have money to get anything all I need to do is work daily doing hunts and and the dungeons to gain the items for the item level.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can find another game like this please. The dungeons part is a must, the game must have good group content. That is why I considered WoW but the game dungeons as you level have been trivialized which is a pity really.
