How soon once starting, can you pick and use all 3 combat classes?

I remember he game has a 3 spec system, but when can a new player jump into using all 3 at once?

is it like a "unlock one tree at a time" sort of thing or what?

if so, how much grind/time goes into unlocking all three?

you unlock the 3rd class by lvl 10, which takes about an 1hr to get to just following the basic quests....
