Most boring mmos classes you've ever experienced?

I know everyone has seen the topics about your favorite mmo class. Now, I'm curious what are some classes/builds/specs in mmos/muds that you guys have tried that were absolutely boring and not fun to play. They could be boring for whatever reason: not enough abilities to use, broken design, etc.

Personally, and ironically I suppose, I've mostly liked every class I've touched. There are some that were more fun than others, but none were actually boring. What do you guys think, though?

    I hate tank / paladin.

I would play a death knight or dark knight if only some dev would inspire to make an interesting one.  I miss Puppetmaster and Dragoon from FFXI.  I wish Square Enix would humble themselves and turn FFXI f2p.  But not like ArcheAge version of f2p.  FFXI was the best pve ever.

Any class that isn't a pet-user, shapeshifter, or trap-user.  Though I haven't tried a totem/glyph user, that might be interesting.  But straightforward combat classes and healing classes bore me.
I want to help design and develop a PvE-focused, solo-friendly, sandpark MMO which combines crafting, monster hunting, and story.  So PM me if you are starting one.

Every heal bot class ever made. So glad healers are going the way of the dodo in the newer MMOs.

Classes in WoW are most boring to me. Their PvE "rotations" and RNG based ability procs. Some procs can proc another proc, they even added a new stat called multistrike which is just another proc (like crit was not enough). This is madness - its like playing roulette and waiting for procs. I hate their classes and combat mechanics.

FFXI is the only one of these that doesnt bother me, but thats because there is enough effort involved in the process to be able to identify with your character.

I know Im in the minority, but I can't stand Rift's design, or rather the direction the players have taken it.  The fact you are expected to have multiple roles and be amoebas.  I like having to use my classes strengths to fit situations, sometimes creating some unique gameplay (one of the reasons why Everquest is so loved).  Rift you just change your strengths.  Its like a puzzle where all the pieces are exactly the same shape.

That said, even with the praise for Everquest...the EQ Warrior for most of the game's lifespan was boring beyond belief.  Rogue too.

Yes it does get better later - but damn it was boring starting out.

I'll have to agree with you, being a healer in FF14ARR was boring as hell during the early game.

For me, WoW warrior (fury/arms) turned out to be complete crap after the last patch... could get better with WoD, not sure really.
