Master Doc finally checking back into MMO's

is there any class that compares to a Master Doc buffing wise? I loved that shit, I use to buy fruits so it would increase my buff times and I'd even charge close to triple of normal buffs.
Now to my real question is there anything close to an old Master Doc buff class that 99% of players would come and pay top dollar for nowadays?
