Open World MMO for me and friend

Hello everyone, i'm looking for an open world mmorpg for me and my friend to get into. We would prefer it to be free to play if it can. 

We just got done with long stints in WOW, and RIFT. 

I would like to stay in the tab targeting system but i'm open for anything if it's a good game. 

We love dungeons, and if you could have the option to make it a two player dungeon that would be cool, but it doesn't have too.

An Active game would be preferred, we would be joining or making a guild. 

I love crafting, and a good crafting system would be awesome. 

Also we are more of a fan of the fantasy genre instead of the sci-fi genre. 

Graphics aren't a problem, we have good machines. 

And maybe something with nice big cities to rest at. 

We also enjoy pvp, whether it be battlegrounds/warfronts style or open world. 

But i don't want something that is more of a solo player type of experience either.

 

Well i know i am picky but any feedback would be wonderfull and much appreciated.
