What happened to hype-level?

Yesterday it was 8.30 with 63 votes, then it decreased to 7.97 after two more votes. that doesnt make any sense.

I'm ok with the hype staying low.  Once it starts reaching higher lvl's, the trolls from other games start to get concerned that it might do well and they'll start poking their heads in just to blast the board with stupid shit.

I'd guess there are probably quite a few votes that are either 10 or 0. Since many may not rate on more than like or dislike the concept. Many will likely also not bother to read everything to pick and choose features and compare them to make a numericaly determination on how much they like or dislike the game.
