any faction based mmorpg

im looking for a new game! my requirements are:

1. atleast 2 factions to choose from

2. open world pvp

3. fantasy, no sci-fi thank you

4. structured pvp and pve focused endgame

5. atleast mediocre population

6. this is the hard one, but non-p2w

im basically lookinf for wow, but ive worn that game out so i want something new. 

suggestions?

swtor in pvp servers ... in fact swtor is wow in space

tera in pvp servers comes to mind for a second close ... bur factions (alliances) are only in small spesific zones

archeage would be a good option but it has its share of problems (you can read about them all over internet)...... pve light endgame though and imho heavy p2win

 

EDIT: i forgot Aion, valid option, i don't know if it is p2w lately though
