Since no-one else appears to have mentioned it:
The 2014 Christmas / Yule / Saturnalia / Winter Solstice event in The Secret World is now live.
This includes a new (and fun, and not too mind-wrenchingly difficult) investigation mission taking you from a theatre in London to the catacombs of Venice; as well as the return of content from previous years' events include the Hel and Vestige of Nameless days world bosses, and the Niflheim and Road to Xibalba mini-dungeons.
A player created chat channel for event-related discussions is very active in-game and is used for group forming for the dungeons and callouts for world boss sightings / summonings: type
- /chat join Event
in your chat window to get started (you may want to leave the channel off to avoid puzzle spoilers for the investigation mission, tho').
