I'm not sure how legal it is, but I'll post it since there's no SSN fraud in it and no IP block on the official Japanese servers... http://arks-layer.com/index.php has a full guide on how to make an account and install the EN patch of the game.
I'm also wondering if there's an 'unofficial' EN server out there. I've just started and made my character on Skip #08 (Wynn) and would love to connect to other EN players.
