(Good) controller schemes?

Am considering resubbing and want to play (again) with controller. Tried it a while back with XB360 controller and the Pinnacle software. Wasn't too happy with the layouts, but couldn't come up with anything better tbh. Used the wireless keyboard in addition (which doesn't really seem to be the point when using a controller...).

Anyone here using controller and has any (good) suggestions on layout /assignement?
