Need Help computer build

I have 1000 bucks to spend.. but I want a really good pc but as you can tell I am on a budge..

I dont need a monitor nor mouse and keyboard.. I more of a intel and Nvidia kinda of guy so can anyone put something together for me? i am manly a mmorpg kinda of guy as well

That does go a little over budget, though.  If you want to stay strictly inside of the stated budget, then try this for the OS/video card combo:

Do be aware that if you're looking for a video card in the ballpark of $300, AMD offers more performance for the money at the moment.  The GTX 760 that I linked is a nice value if you'd rather save some money, though it is slower than the other cards linked, of course.
