LFG (better if f2p) with good dungeons

In a MMO, the thing that i like the most is doing dungeons. I'm looking for an MMO (possibly f2p) which has some nice and fun dungeons, mostly from early levels, and where there is enough playerbase to find a party in a decent amount of time (also, dungeon finder is welcomed). I've played GW2, ESO,SWTOR, WoW, Neverwinter and Rift (also Wildstar, but the low population made me quit). So, what should i try?
