Console Release February 24th? (UPDATE)

Just ran into this juicy little bit a while ago.
The Microsoft XB1 store is taking pre-orders for ESO with an advertised release date of February 24th.
It wouldn't be the first time a store used a placeholder date for a release date (Amazon is famous for doing this) or it could be the real thing:

Update: if you click on the link, you won't see February 24th any more. It has been changed to just say "2015" now... oops?
