Fun MMORTS without the crap?

I like civilization building strategy games like AOE, but want a more online experience (without playing AOEO, dear god no) but hate how most MMORTSs are set up today. I don't want to have to try to play Clash of Clans with a bunch of 12 year olds who create clans with dumbass names and call me the n-word because I'm not a level forty-seven and then go on to raid and destroy my hard work and effort because they stole their parent's credit card so they could buy 156$ on in game cash. And that's all MMORTSs are today. I know there's The Settler's Online, and I really, really enjoy that game, but I was wondering if there were more like it?
And MMORTS game without the stupid "Energy" cost, I don't want any PvP, I just want to build shit ad be proud of said shit I built. Is there anything [else] like it?
