I dont get this patcher lol

in Elder Scrolls Online
It says I am at 10 percent, with 700 mbs left to download. So i went to the folder and skipped the patcher by starting the game, and it lets me and I can play.

    Well I have played hours now, the patcher is still downloading, now says like 4 gbs. So for all you people who have slow internet, it looks like you might be able to play even though its not done patching:)

    The more the things change more they remain same.

    ESO patcher is wonky still release. One of many things in long list including LFR..that they will fix..soon!!
