More details about Champion System revealed.

They posted an update on ESO website revealing more information about the champion system.  I think its looking good so far.  It also looks like everyone v1-14 will start on equal footing when it launches.  ITs even better the points are account wide and you can distribute them for each character as they are needed.  This is looking really nice and development for this game is very promising.
