So you guys defending SOE saying its only EA yada yada, please explain why they deserve a break?
They made the choice to CHARGE alpha testers in a cash grab rather than the conventional way of selecting alpha testers based on their dxdiag.
SOE made the choice to SELL a product they SOLD Early Access, however ever though they have been paid for the product, they have NOT provided the product.
How is this different than ANY other product in the world?
If I order a pizza and I wait and wait and wait and wait and three hours later they say sorry we need to install a new pizza oven but we are keeping your money would you not be pissed?
It is EXACTLY the same thing.
Let's make it a digital media product, say I pay someone to video my wedding, and they tell me sorry you have to wait I need to charge my battery. Would you not fire him get your money back and ruin his career ?

This the point of early access alpha testnig to find all the bugs and fix them.. not just bugs with the game itself but the login servers and everything else to do with it.
People have done a great job testing so far and it has shown up bugs with the login servers that SOE are now working to fix.
If you do not want to help test a game then dont buy Early Access its as simple as that, just wait for the full release. Peopel who complain that early access games are bugged and sometimes not worknig need to be banned from early access.
