Which mmorpg has the best guild and guild-raid system?

Things such as...

Guild messages appear when your guild members sign into the game.

Guild armory where guild members can contribute gear for other guild members to use and the game prevents that gear from being sold, destroyed, or dropped.  In other words, they don't want it anymore and their only option is to give it back to the guild armory.

Officers able to post flags or flares with arrows, spells, etc. to help guide raids as they happen.
