    I just felt bad for him when everyone came down on him hard and am happy to see he was right. This game is going to rock on PS4!!!!!!

    Unsourced rumormongering is unsourced rumormongering, even if it is occasionally true.  DMKano might as well carry a "Trion employee" tag on his posts given his credibility-squandering behavior around Archeage.

    It's sort of irrelevant news though, think about it, the game sucks still. It doesn't matter if its sub to play, buy to play, or free... It's just not fun.

     

    It's cool that DK "knew it first" , but ultimately it doesn't mean anything because the game is what it is.

     

    I think the bigger story is the role consoles are having. This game would have flat out been a failure on consoles had this not happened, and imagine the backlash if it remained p2p on pc and buy to play on consoles.

     

    ESO will do just fine now on the consoles, it's going to be great on PS4 and decent on XB1. I think Neverwinter will be to much competition on XB1 and greatly diminish ESO population.

     

    Ok so that's it for ESO, now when is Wildstar going f2p/b2p? And when is it coming to consoles with native controller support?

    whats funny seriously though is the mods banning his threads and posts saying he was basically just trolling here , yet they turn around and put a story up a day later speculating.  Some people actually do know people in the industry and get info all the time. I worked at one point in time with a small company doing a under the radar project with people from mythic doing 2d concept art and storyboard, I still talk to them to this day with 3 working at arenanet one at ZOS and one at bioware . We get told stuff all the time but what you want people to get fired ? giving up sources? Thats the issue the guy gave you creditable info and instead of just doing like rational people and thinking maybe there was a bit of truth to it most ran away with it calling him names and even the mods are guilty of this crap here.
