No way to play a Bard Character in ESO?

I may have missed somethng, but I am assuming that there is no provision for bards in ESO yet given the current classes? Has there been talk I have missed? Perhaps in a year when the game gets its first major expansion, we will see a new class/s?

 

Heres hoping! Thanks in advance for any info!

Probably not what you were looking for - but you could play a bard this way regardless of class (or game)

Obviously voice chat is required for this to work to maximum effect

No, no spoony bards just yet. Adding character classes might come some day, but because of the structure at rollout serious balancing issues would have to be addressed I imagine.

There are just as many people that want no classes as those that want more classes... maybe more. I'd rather see a wide open system where you can learn and train whatever skill lines exist in the game.

 

But a bard skill line would be fun. Maybe after the Thieve's guild and Dark Brotherhood skill lines? Those are coming for sure.
