Account Site, Still Broken?

So last year I tried to buy this game only to find that my browser was blocked at account login, whenever I tried to create or login to an account I got:

And after a great deal of troubleshooting and attempts I eventually gave up, as it was happening on every device I owned.

And this was on a completely different ISP, a different IP, and a different PC. Not to mention a different browser and part of the world.

So today after learning about the change from Pay 2 Play to Buy to Play I decided I'd give it a go again, it wasn't launch and I figured that it'd be fixed by now. Plus I was living in a completely different part of my country, Canada, and everything above had changed. Lo and behold I'm met with:

I even tried at a friend's place just to check, and still the same. Are all Canadian ISPs banned? This isn't even the same modem or router! I'm sure it's not on my end!

Anybody know a fix?

Oh and despite having a forum account for some reason I can't post to their forums because "Permission Denied."

I finally managed to get on their site by using my old XP PC sitting in the darkest corners of an unforgotten basement, with some long forgotten version of Internet Explorer.

So now I've made the purchase and I've got to download nearly 28 gigs before playing...Wish they had that download as you play feature. Anyways I managed to make it work.
