It certainly looks super action-y to me. Actually I haven't heard if it's even online or not, could it be single-player only?
It really makes me think of something more like what the offline mode of Elite: Dangerous was supposed to be!
I feel like I would be more excited for this, but I still have to buy E:D yet and just looking at the graphics & renders I don't think my machine will run this when it comes out..
