Want: Console - Good Char Create - Be Elf - Like Dark Souls

Want to play a single player console game with complex character creation where I can make an elf or drow (dark elf).  Or at least where I'm not forced to play humanoid.  As in something with horns or scales or fur.   I like medieval fantasy like Dark Souls, Skyrim, Dragon's Dogma. 

 

Any suggestions?
