Tested quite a bit on the test server.  My main is only VR6 and I did not make a VR14 character (but did have an option) but I preferred to test the changes with the character I am most familiar with.

    1.  I'm very happy with the provisioning revamp.  Everything makes more sense and they did a polished job on the conversion.

    2.  The Justice System is awesome and the game finally feels like a real ES game to me.  This was what was missing.

    3.  The Champion System is fantastic and is exactly what I was looking for in an alternate advancement form.

    4.  Character balance seems good to me.  I've been playing a stamina based Nightblade since launch and I finally feel that I have a full range of options on builds and abilities due to the morphs of some previous magica based abilities now morphing into stamina based abilities.  No one testing in my guild disliked any of their class changes though some felt  a little weaker (DK) and to be honest they felt the changes were the best decisions for the game in the long term.  Much more balance between classes and builds.

    5.  Werewolf is a little better as the timer doesn't tick down while your taking damage so I can actually finish a fight in werewolf form.

I really can't comment on all the changes as the patch notes are 60+ pages long and affect so much of the game.  My personal opinion is with these changes it is now the best MMO option out there.

Top guess when this goes live is Monday.  If they haven't fixed the sound bug which delayed it one week, then Thursday.

I've spent most the last month on PTS OP. I'm loving the reworking of skills and animations. They've also added even more visual queues of buffs and such.

I played around with the justice system one night. I did for a couple hours though. It's pretty addictive. I plan on doing a lot more on live. There are a couple good passives in the Ledger man skill line.

I'm really digging the champion system and the removal of stat soft caps. As time goes on we are going to see some really sick builds come out of it all.

I haven't been able to do much large scale pvp to test the virtual removal of the AoE caps, mostly just duels. From the couple larger battles I've been in it looks like it will be tougher for the 25 man zerg groups. The reason being is that they will all take damage now, but heals are capped at like 3-4 people if I remember correctly.  I think it will be an interesting change to the meta.

My only concern is that Cyrodiil XP gains still maybe a bit too low. I can see a Champion point every couple hours at best and that's with a lot of fighting and killing. I'll reserve judgement until I see how the large live like battles go.
