I want to upgrade my GPU for $150 or less. Don't care if it's AMD or Nvidia, just want best card for my money.
Current card: Sapphire HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 GHz edition.
PSU: Antec Neo Eco 520C.
I was thinking the 750 ti but not sure if something else would be better.

My recommendation is to either get a bigger budget or don't bother. You can get a modest upgrade to your current video card on that budget. But my usual recommendation is to at least double your performance, as otherwise, it's not worth the cost of upgrading. The only thing on New Egg that I see to double your performance would be this, and even then, only after rebate:

That's a rebranded Radeon HD 7870, by the way.
I mostly want a new GPU so I can give a friend my current one to play some games he can't with his current one, but if I can get a decent upgrade also, that would be best.
The 750 ti also caught my eye because of the 300w PSU requirement. I think it would be best if I didn't tax my PSU too much to maybe make it last longer.
HD 4870.
He needs a DX11 capable card.
What's he need DX11 for? Not many games require it.
Battlefield Hardline says it's required, but I just checked on Game-Debate and it says he can run it with the 4870... so IDK.
Maybe just the OS needs to support DX11 or something?
Min specs for Hardline call for a GTX 260 which is a DX10 card, your buddy is just a smidge under the min with his card so he might be able to play as is.
