Spell of glacier blast? help?

Anyone know where to get this item the easiest? I really want the spell but I don't know where to look. I read on the the online guide that antares (scorpions) drop it but I can't find this species. Anyone know where either the antares are or where else to look that has a high percentage of getting it?

    u can buy it from people for about 14 mil or get it from haungas (rare)

    Antares is a boss. Only one of him spawns every few hours in certain spots. Killing him is a sure way to get one of the spells but it might be a fire,lightning,or glacier one.

    just buy one. The drop rate from haungas and barons are 1/1000
