Any mmo with good twink pvp?

I used to play EQ2 10-20 pvp on nagafen server . I enjoyed getting crazy AA and expensive mount on low level character .

Also did alot of twinking in WoW . The item squish killed it in wow and eq2 is dead so any game that have similar twinking?
