Wildstar's Population?

Just been thinking about resubbing to the game, had fun before but got extremely busy. Just curious how is the population is and if its worth coming back to.

    I updated last night since i had a 10 day trial, and performance is still atrocious for amd. my average in games like eso and gw2 with max setting in a city is 30-50, in wildstar it was 1-10 fps! fly over in the taxi and it's 0 fps lol With massive stuttering outside when moving between areas with heavy assets. Killed the trial right there for me. No idea why it's so bad, th assets are not particularly detailed.
