An Easy RPG/MMORPG ? Easy on gameplay, easy on the eyes?

Im sick. Cought a cold and fever. Got headache, tiredness etc, the regular.

YET ALSO at the same time (STILL a year after surgery) unfortunately I am suffering from lasik related complications (dry eyes, mild to severe pain in both eyes, fluctiating vision) etcatera the list goes on 

Thank god lately my eyes have been getting SLIGHTLY better. I recon ANY positive signs better than having none at all at the moment Don't wanna jinx it though  Seeking medical assistance tomorrow ofcourse.

Well, ok. 

Than, why the hell am I telling you all this?

Because I need a rather addictive (lol or at least interesting) RPG or MMOrpg to play as I am right now (YES I KNOW. The issue can be VERY SUBJECTIVE, so I am asking for *YOUR* personal opinions regarding the subject matter at hand, not mine ).

Simpler gameplay mechanics, easy of use, and user friendly and so on.

Not too many statistics.

AND what the heck do I mean by; ''easy on the eyes'' ? I mean that the gameplaygraphics shouldn't be too fast/too Quick!

Not too many stuff to keep an eye on on the secreen.

AND preferably ''UNSTRESSFUL''. Sure some minor level of stress/excitament is not only acceptable, but also appriciatable. ALAS, too much of it could me a hindrance to my enjoyment of the game as I currently am : (   (So a 40-Man raid for Life or Death in any mmo (that still has it) and or EvE online PVP isnt my cup of tea, *RIGHT NOW*.

lol. I have recently tried an MMO that might be called soft-core during the beginning levels at least (Wildstar), AND UNFORTUNATELY - FOR ME - even THAT game felt a Little ''too fast / too convoluted'' right now (requiring faster reflexes, and Eyes straining to keep up with all the speed, Graphics, and colors and so on).

FINALLY: Why have I explained all that ''boo-hoo im sick'' stuff?

SO that people (hopefully) wont hate me when they read my post, thinking (in their minds) that I am just an other Carebear who is after changing/destroying the games that players that are ''more or less hardcore'' are enjoying now. For such is not my intent or desire at all. I am just looking for a game that would better fit my current predicament, is all.

I believe FF14 might be the mmo you are looking for.  I think they have a 10 day trial now.  So, you won't lose anything but time in trying it out.

Neverwinter is free to play and not very stressful. I personally don't play much because it's a bit too easy but might be what your looking for.
