Single Player Encounters Tweaked?

MightyUncleanMightyUnclean Member EpicPosts: 3,531

I remember reading that some single player encounters in ESO could be very hard on-level, like some spider boss that had orbs that full-healed her (supposed to be very difficult for melee).  Have these been tweaked to be more reasonable, or are they the same as at release?

Thanks!

Some ennemies are very hard to kill. In coldharbor, you have this lamia-like enemy (yesterday, I fought some) which spawn 4 healing orbs. You only have a few seconds to destroy them, or they heal it full life. My ultimate (atronach) seem to be bugged with this enemy, it won't focus it or the orbs, so I have to wait for other ppl whenever I have to kill one.

^^ I found if fairly easy, just prioritise th orbs, i killed them with lesser attacks. a fight where you want to switch to a ranged weapon.

    rpg/mmorg history: Dun Darach>Bloodwych>Bards Tale 1-3>Eye of the beholder > Might and Magic 2,3,5 > FFVII> Baldur's Gate 1, 2 > Planescape Torment >Morrowind > WOW > oblivion > LOTR > Guild Wars (1900hrs elementalist) Vanguard. > GW2(1000 elementalist), Wildstar

Now playing GW2, AOW 3, ESO, LOTR, Elite D

The Atronach is the wrong strategy for those fights. You want to use Overload as your ultimate for the AOE and any other AOE you can use such as Lightning Splash or whatever. You can attack the globes one by one but that's pretty hectic.

AOE is the key for all of those harvester fights including Doshia, the one the OP was talking about.
