I have 3 dogs so I need a case with good filtering, dust is my nemesis in this house, any case suggestions would be amazing, obviously cheaper the better max budget for case is like $100+/-, must fit X97 and atleast one R9 270x thats mentioned below.
Second, is a two month old used Asus R9 270x Direct CUII Top Edition OC worth $150 USD with shipping included, if I find one at this price again is it worth the crossfire??
Please dont bash my GPU choice.

Why buy a used GPU for $150 when you can get a new one for $165 with free shipping?

For the extra $15 bucks you get a new, never used product, with a warranty and a return policy. No way I personally would buy something used when for a few bucks more I can get new. If it were $120 then maybe. Only buy used if its a really good deal. $15 off to buy used over new is not a deal IMO.
As far as a case goes have you considered a filter(s) for your existing case? something like this~

They come in different sizes and variations. Maybe something to consider instead of a new case. Or if you are in the market for a new case then buy what you want and just add the filters. That way you are not limited to a particular case.
I said please dont judge my GPU choice, but I do have a warranty, reciept, and extended warranty info came with it, all new in box, not one spec of dust, and I prefer ASUS to MSI, this specific card I have has a great reputation, its performing well above 270x standards with a small overclock and didnt go over 80c after a 36 hour Kombuster 1080p 4xMSAA stress test.
Thanks for the case suggestion, my current case is reallllyyy old so I am going to upgrade anyway, I just want a good hopefully metal case with as many filters as possible for a good price, I can always add cheap noctua fans to increase airflow.

I have a similar situation as you with regard to dust - 2 dogs, 5 cats, and in the middle of CA with the drought (and that means craploads of dust).
I haven't found any case or situation that makes it so you don't have to clean your computer.
Either your dusting the inside, or your cleaning a filter - one both, and the filters clog so fast that it's not even funny. The only thing I can really say: A bigger case does help - just because it takes longer to fill up with dust and hair and dirt, and they are easier to get in and clean.
My microATX cases have to be cleaned every month (and they are filthy when I do it). A full tower case I had to clean like once a year, and wasn't nearly as bad as the microATX cases when done. One of those mATX cases is a Corsair Carbide 240 with filters on everything, and it's the worst of the lot - it looks like the inside of a vacuum cleaner filter every month.
Crossfire - For that card I would say a resounding not worth it unless it's free.
Deaththreat = Tina90?
Anyway, if you want to get cheap you can use something like this as dust filter: http://www.amazon.com/Thermwell-Products-15X24x3-F1524-Conditioner/dp/B000BO68BU/ref=sr_1_3?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1429288513&sr=1-3&keywords=air+conditioner+filter
It also helps a lot against dust if you're able to place the computer case somewhere high up.
I didnt bash your GPU choice LOL
You asked if it was worth $150 used and I told you NO it was not. I am sorry if that was not what you wanted to hear o.O
Oh and it wont be worth Xfire with those cards. Again probably not what you want to hear tho
Thats my boyfriend. Ty for link
Its all good, just wanted to know if the performance gains would be worth it versus waiting for the new AMD lineup.
3 dogs, 4 cats, old dusty houses (I had/have the other 2)... No matter what your environment is like, your PC will always pull in dust and hair from the outside. All you can do is clean up the PC on a regular basis. With 3 dogs I'd say once every 3 months at least.
One thing though to take a good look at when buying a PC case is that there are NO OPENINGS at the bottom of it for extra fans and such. Airflow always pulls dust from the bottom of the case up to the top. My case (CoolerMaster Centurion 5 iirc) has such a fan spot at the bottom and I closed it with ducktape...
There's no sense in buying two mid-range cards in CrossFire or SLI. They're too dependent on game-specific driver magic that AMD and Nvidia stop doing before long. With the 3+ year old Pitcairn chip in the R9 270X on its way out, it wouldn't surprise me if AMD has already stopped optimizing CrossFire drivers for it.
A single $250 card will get you better performance than two R9 290Xs in CrossFire even ignoring the driver issues:
