- Are there 20-man raids?
- Is there world PvP?

- i dont know about raids, someone else can answer that.
- not sure at the moment, but there will be plenty of open world pvp when the enforcer mechanic gets implemented (the criminal system is the first part of it which is already in game). But the current faction v faction v faction PvP map (cyrodiil) is bigger than the open world maps so its quite open.
- i believe there is no cross server queuing, its a single megaserver so you play along your faction.
- yes there is LFG tool (but dont expect the level of quality from WoW LFG, that doesnt exist outside of WoW)

I will answer what I can....from my perspective.
-There is waiting in a queue is you want to fight in the alliance wars in the more populated campaign. It usually begins as early as 5 pm est and extends well into the evening and early morning.The number of campaigns is down to the bare minimum to help make sufficient population on the remaining pvp campaigns. So if your question comes from a GW 2 WvW perspective ...you have your answer.
-Yes there is world pvp.It is 3 faction conflict called by ESO.....Alliance vs Alliance (AVA). The lack if AvA stability and almost zero feature development has lad to an exodus of players and guilds for whom pvp conflict is a key focus.
-Yes there is an LFG tool. How well it works...i couldn't say.
its the best mmo out there but its not a great game its good.
it lacks the feeling of skyrim but it will keep you busy for hundreds of hours.
first try bloodborne or dark souls 2.
end of the year comes 2 FREE good games skyforge and fable legends!
As a PC player you may want to consider THE WITCHER 3, It comes out in mid May.
When I left ESO this was the game series (THE WITCHER 1, THE WITCHER 2 are out on STEAM now) I have started to play.

The LFG tool is broken. Man you really don't know do you? There's a ton of games with a LFG tool just as good as WOW's and some are probably better. How can you honestly say you don't know this? Is wow like the only mmo you ever played?
