Updater very slow

in City of Heroes

I've got the new City of Heroes trial and made an account.

But now i have to update 1gb and it only goes 3/4 kb/sec. I think i'm doing something wrong, can anyone help me?

I got fast enough internet on direct connection, and a new computer.

    Dunno, why it's so slow. It was 60KB/s for me even tough I got a crappy connection.

    I was downloading at 150-250kb/sec. You might have some spyware taking up your bandwidth.......

    On Time? On Target? Never Quit?

    My brother (same internet provider) got the same problem. So i doubt that.

    But if anyone can post this at the official forums i would appreciate that. I cant acces them myself ::::21::
