Hi everybody,
One stupid question: I'm hesitating to subscribe to the game; it says that I will get access to "All DLC Game Packs".
I searched for any info, and the list of DLC Game Packs on the main site, and Google, but didn't find it.
They don't say clearly what you get when saying "DLC Game Packs"
Anybody knows what they are talking about? What DLC? What game packs?
Thanks in advance for your replies!

Currently the only thing you really get from being an ESO+ member is the 10% bonus XP and the 1500 crowns per month.
Due to them concentrating so hard on the console release the PC version is only getting hot fixes and extra stuff in the crown store...
DLC's will come later.

The only DLCs that we know for sure are coming at some point are Wrothgar and Orsinium, a couple of new zones - one designed for group play and one for solo play- where you will get scaled-up to the level of the zone (presumably VR14.) Those will come only after the June console release and no one knows exactly when.
There is also speculation that new features such as Spell Crafting, the Thieves' Guild, Dark Brotherhood and Imperial City will come in as DLC at some other later time.
But like the others said, right now and for the upcoming few months there is absolutely no DLC.

Just to add in their advertising Zenimax are pushing the fact that you don't need to subscribe. They would like you to obviously - but you will not be missing out.
If you opt not to subscribe and DLC is released then you a) could subscribe or b) buy the DLC. (No pricing details available).
If you opt to subscribe then buying the DLC with the crowns provided with the monthly subscription may also be an option. No pricing details! Probably fair to assume that if the DLC only provides a fraction of the main game it will only cost a faction of ESO's box price.
As said though Zenimax's focus is the console launch and they have advised people not to expect any DLC until after the console launch.
There Is Always Hope!
