    I think all of them allow. It's just so slow that you're at a large disadvantage.

    you make this sound like a specific request that requires the forum to dig out some ancient game with revolutionary mechanics that is a diamond in the rough... but we could say anything... there are hundreds of mmos with that mechanic

    Action combat requires by definition that you aim your attacks. Do you want an action combat MMO that allows you to aim by keyboard turning?

    I wonder if AoC would allow that? It's been too long since I've played it so I don't really remember any more.

    You have been given an answer, pretty much every MMO allows what you are asking. Tera is simply the odd one out.
