Looking for a good fantasy mmo

So I have been playing world of tanks for 4 years, dabbling in fantasy mmos just a little bit but right now I am kind of getting the itch to play another fantasy mmo just not sure which one I would like to play.

The three I am looking at are:

World of Warcraft--  I was playing this up until February.  Got sick of the garrison crap, game was just boring with not much to do other than raid or garrisons.  However this is the cheapest option I just have to renew the sub.

Lotro-  Havent played since mines of moria, love the world and the lore, game just wasn't worth a sub fee back then in my opinion.  However now it is free to play and I can buy the content I want but the initial cost for the xpacs is 80 dollars plus I am so far behind and I hear some rumblings that the game just hasn't really evolved under Turbines leadership other than more levels and more grind.

Eso- Not so sure about ESO, tried it in beta, actually liked the game, just didn't want to pay a monthly fee at the time considering I spend a decent amount of money on world of tanks.  Since it is buy to play and just a one time cost though.  However I keep seeing mixed reviews about the game and not really into that kind of pvp so not sure if this game is worth the 60 bucks.  It is new though and I would not be so far behind and plus I have never played it thoroughly so I am leaning this way, plus I have a couple of friends already playing but just not sure about the state of the game right now.

Honorable mention- Secret World, I already own it, I like it, but would have to buy up to current expansions.

I know this is a personal decision on what I want to pay for, but I am looking for some honest reviews and opinions about the games, mainly lotro and eso at this point to help me make my decision.  I will still play tanks so this is just a casual game for me to waste some time in when I am bored with tanks but I would really like some honest non fanboy/non hater opinions about those two games and the state they are in right now.

Thanks

I second that, it is probably the best choice followed by FF XIV.

It is different enough from the rest of the game to give a new game kick for far longer than more standard games, it is very well made with a solid engine and it is B2P without being too much p2win. It also looks very good while running on a mid range computer.

Like others have said before me.  Give GW2 and FF14 a chance.  One is pay to play (sub) and other B2P.  But, like WoW, FFXIV deserves it's sub.  FFXIV also have a free trial.  So, it wouldn't cost you anything to try the game.
