Sorry, but been trying to contact Gametap support to no avail for weeks on end, the email does not work and neither does their phone number, anyway, I only have one problem, I am running out of space on my C: drive for games. How do I download the games to an external drive? I have no clue where they are even being stored by default? Can someone guide me please? thank you!

The game files are probably located in C:Users(UserName)AppDataLocal(companyname) or (gamename) OR in ...AppDataLocalLow(companyname) or (gamename).
You can't just move the game directory elsewhere. You would have to move the whole C:Users... directory tree. I do NOT recommend attempting this.
To do this safely would require moving this directory tree immediately after a brand new install of the Windows operating system. If you want to find out how moving such Special Folders can be done then you can start here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-files/win7-how-do-i-move-user-folder-to-a-different/565f16a5-e5ed-43c9-8422-4f56aebb296e
AND it is impossible to move and use these Special Folders in the manner Windows intends them to be used to an external drive.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
Moral of the story: One does not simply use chrome when there are better browsers out there.
You usually can move it and create a shortcut to the new location. Usually the launcher have an .exe file you click to start the game unless it runs on steam (that complicates things). Steam should have an option somewhere for it but (I have to admit that I havn't bothered with it myself, my SSD is pretty large).
Another simple solution would be plugging in a new harddrive and just add it to your C: partition (I strongle recommend that the drives are similar in speed though, mixing an SSD with a slow "green" drive could give you problems.
You could also just buy a larger drive and clone the C: drive over with a cloning program or Shadowcopy.
Cleaning out your C: drive with something like YAC should be your first thing to do, it is very simple to use. Just first clear unneccesary harddrive space and then use the uninstaller to uninstall stuff you don't use and the stuff you already have gotten rid off (yeah, Windows uninstaller suck and leaves a lot of things that can take up loads of space).

Better? Define better, and explain why 40-45% of the people on the internet are wrong for using Chrome.
