Ncsoft had a twitch steam announcement at 10 am yesterday and they answered quite a few questions, showed off gameplay and talked about the game. Here were some of the highlights :
- B&S will be Free to Play
- NC promises they game will not be P2W. (We will have to wait and see)
- Three will not be a segregation of the playerbase based on Patron Status.
- The Kun race will be changed to the Yun race. (NC thought Kun sounded bad)
- There will be no westernization of the character creation. (Big Boobs await)
- The in game cut scenes voice overs will all be in English.
- There will be Korean & Chinese voice over for those who want it.
- Other languages will be available such as French and German.
- Skills, abilities, and such will get the most updated version of the game.
- Content will be capped at lvl 45 and the story capped at Act 3 at launch.
- There will be no censorship of the game.
- Three will only be 2 servers to start. One in NA and the other in Europe.
- There are currently no plans for an Oceanic Server.
- NC plans to have ESports for BnS in the future.
- NC plans on having more communication/interaction towards the community.
- There will be no no IP Block / No Region Block for the time being.
- The Na version will not have a vigour system or a fatigue system.
- The server locations will be in Dallas,Texas for Na and Frankfurt,Germany for EU.
- NC will hold tournaments and Events on the server.
- Founders packs have not been decided yet.

Are the zones seamless or cut up in instances like FFXIX (gross)?
Are dungeons instanced? Is Open World PvP the most popular or is there instanced PvP?

Themepark, the pvp is not open world you have to flag yourself
Any mmo worth its salt should be like a good prostitute when it comes to its game world- One hell of a faker, and a damn good shaker!
Ok, so it's like SWG in terms of PvP, but it's still in the open world.
Also, are zones seamless?

Those things combined make me fear for the game. Hell, F2P already makes me fear for it.
Oh this game is about as Themepark as it gets. It's a linear quest grinder, with a similar pvp system as Aion. Same ranking system from Rank 10 up to Rank 1 and then you have General ranks. B&S even has an Abyss area called "Floating Battlegroungs".
There are 3 factions in B&S, but you can do betray quests and switch factions any time you want at endgame. So you don't have to worry if your faction is underpopulated and getting killed like in Aion.
For open world pvp you have to wear a PVP dobok(armor) and can only kill other players wearing a PVP dobok. If you wear a pve dobok you can avoid open world pvp altogether. Although there are some areas that force you to wear your pvp dobok.
B&S also has an instanced Arena system 1vs1 and 3vs3. You can start doing these as soon as you get your first dobook, so around lvl 3.
Zones are cut up like in Aion, and the game is instanced all over the place. It's meant to be a story like SWTOR.
PVE Dungeons are instance 6 mans with 4 man hard modes. With 24 man raids.

Thanks, that's kind disappointing wish the zones were open and not like FFXIV.
I totaly expecting from haters make a similart "boobs/sexism/pants showing" angry posts like what happend with scarlet blade
You can make any character you want. B&S has quite the character customization. You into Chubby girls, well here is the game for you !!!..lol
