My girlfriend has been playing WoW on my pc for a long time and she has finally decided to build her own.
She has an $800ish budget for full build and peripherals. Please keep in mind that this pc will only be used to play WoW so I can't imagine that it will be that hard to stay in budget.

So she needs a monitor, KB & Mouse within that budget also?
If so that is going to leave her with somewhere around $550-600ish for the actual PC.
This build comes out to $850 before $75 in mail in rebates. After the rebates you come out to $775. Plus there are $12 worth of promo codes you can use in there if you order those items today, would drop you down to $838

Just monitor, sorry.
With just a monitor drop $30 off the total & items I listed above. If you use the promo codes thats $808 I believe before the $75 in rebates.
You list the SSD twice, but there's no GPU of any sort, whether discrete or integrated.
You can get cheaper memory with better specs:

If you're only going to get a quad core anyway, I'd go with Kaveri:

About the same speed, less power consumption, and most importantly, cheaper motherboards without getting junk:

I had a 270x listed in the build. Must have linked the SSD twice instead o.O
Did that while drinking my morning coffee so will have to excuse me for being a little foggy after just waking up.
Here is what I had for a gpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202050
The motherboard is much better I agree with and the RAM. I picked the ram to match the mobo. Although the mobo I picked I dont think falls under the junk category lol.
The cpu I picked is a 4.2ghz, while the kavari one you linked is 3.7ghz. For a few dollars more I would probably go with the one I linked.
I fixed the post where I had listed the SSD twice. It now shows the link to the GPU I had in the cart to begin with.
