So did anyone watch the ECW one night stand PPV? I watched it at a buddy's house I thought it was pretty good. One thing that really annoyed me though was that they were bleeping out words. I don't know if it was the cable company or the wrestling producers doing it but why in the hell is a PPV being bleeped? I mean it's ok for me to see a guys head be shreaded with a cheese grater but a guy can't say balls to many times? I really hope people wake up to this crap and vote out politicians who feel the need to protect us from ourselves.
Anyways beside that I thought the matches were awesome and you could see the genuine emotion in those guys and it brought back alot of memories. Heres to the possible return of ECFNW

I wouldn't hold yer breathe on a full time return of it, Vince does own it, so if it did return it'd just really be an extension of the WWE... I missed the PPV though, first one I've missed in quite a while, I just have too much going on atm, about to move again and stuff so having to save money where I can.

How can you watch that stuff? Wrestling is, in my opinion, the only thing worse than reality TV. A bunch of men in speedos groping eachother acting out some pathetic choreographed scene. Well... its not my thing anyways
I agree with Orcc, I used to like it, when I was like 12. Booker T is pretty badass (he was my favorite).
But now, it's like: Okay okay, *yawn* Boooring!
*turns back to HBO boxing after dark*
Mebe WWE that is the lowest form of actual wrestling they are based on ghey story lines with wrestlers who take little chances. ECW was somthing totaly differnet it was guys that coulda been that freaky guy on your block. They took huge chances I mean look Cactus Jack lost part of his ear in the ring and Sabu broke his neck for REAL!!! Anyways since they dissapeared I been following a local hardcore wrestling circut in philly called CZW. http://www.czw1.bizland.com/main.htm
They are having the ULTRA VIOLENT TOURNAMENT OF DEATH 5 in Smyrna Deleware sometime in july I belive. This is a super hardcore event it is held behind a little hick bar on a country road about 400 people showed up last year. They had fans bring your own weapons matches guys fighting on glass you really need to see it to belive it. One wrestler named Sexy Eddy actually severed an arterty, it was squirting blood like a water foutain. He went on to win the match but had to leave the tournament to go to the hospital. I know it's not for everyone but hey I like it.
