Told me I could download the game today

in Elder Scrolls Online

This is weird, in a mail from them, they said we could start downloading the game today on the PS4. I've transfered from PC-Ps4. Still no emails about how you link your ESO account to Ps4 account. Anyone here know how to link your account, so I/we can start downloading it?

    it's only 5am in parts of america i'm not sure exactly how their timezones work.. but i'm sure over the next 12 hours codes will be sent out.
