I'm trying to find out how some of these char get tweaked because their blue to me and they kill me with 2 hits and hit me with 200 points of damage how is that possible? How do they get so Tweaked I would really like to know thanks.
Class, gear, and AAs (when you're high enough level to get them) can all make a difference in PvP. Gear is probably top of the list, if you are talking about going up against someone of a comparable class. And they probably buy it, or pass it down from their higher level characters.

u need to know how to play clerics in pvp or u get youre behind kicked easily (i might be new to chat but i do play a pvp cleric lvl 15) as for armour mainly u neeed int and manna my clerics weps are velketors spellbook and secondary slot is book of obolus

You need WIS, not INT. WIS determines mana for priest classes and paladins. INT determines mana for caster classes and SKs.

My husband played a cleric for 5 years, and was pretty cold on the abilities of a low level cleric to PvP. He had some pretty cool tricks for dueling, but then again, he was 65 (pre-OoW) with a zillion AAs when he switched to playing a mage full-time. *shrug*... You're still really low level, and you've got plenty of character slots to try out some other classes to see if you like something less vulnerable a little better.

iirc there is a dmg cap that should prevent any hitting you for any were near 200 at that lvl plus the horrid dmg mittigation players have towards each other =/
