was watch elderscrollsonlinemaster in twitch play on Xbox, he couldn't see the attacks to counter them. This will be the death knell for consoles if it becomes a more widely seen issue. This hasn't beenan iissue as much with pc, but if console doesn't clear it up, the console version will go from high horse to laughing stock. The streamer was well experienced with over 70days time on the character he migrated, he was disappointed to say the least as he made attempts to take over the keep and couldn't react appropriately to the situations. This was during a large battle, but that's sort of the bread and butter of eso.

I havent experienced that on PS4 but i agree that playing with many people around is pretty taxing on the framerate. But i disagree that PvP is the bread and butter of ESO, that is the PvE. I think the only time Cyrodiil was fool of people battling for their alliance was during the PC launch. Everyone plays PvE while a smaller number does PvP (based on my little experience with Cyrodiil).
PvP will be more busy (and interesting) when ZoS adds the Enforcer system to counter the criminals. At the moment, Cyrodiil is just a tacked on PvP map.
EDIT: Cyrodiil felt like playing DayZ. Walking simulator with a few NPCs here and there. So lonely, I think only 1 spot in the whole map was in conflict.
You need to join a PVP guild and run with a small or large group if you actually want to play and enjoy ESO's type of PVP. It's a lot more fun when you strategically attack in some places and ignore others in order to force one of the other two sides to react so you can get what you want... be it steal their scrolls or crown an emperor or both. And of course to know when to react to tor ignore he other two side's plans.
If you go there on your own and you don't have enough experience to look at the map and figure out what's likely to happen next, yeah, it can be a lonely experience. I can go there, glance at the map, look at the population numbers for the 3 sides (and especially on weekends most campaigns are full and often have queues... but some people do sleep) and figure out where I should be heading to find the action.
Just tonight I was involved in a massive 2 hr fight defending a scroll in one of our keeps from a much larger force. When the other side finally realized they wren't going to take it from us and gave up, it was a tremendous sense of accomplishment for our side like no other in the game. But as always, YMMV.
