Ok... i think that a client is like the game itself... no? but you have to buy the code or something...
i have the code...(Yes i bought it, no illegal stuff)
But i cant find a client, i want an eu one prefferably
please help me!

The code comes with the game; they are not, by the user agreement you make with Square, legally separable. If you have code but not the game, you are in violation of the user agreement. The client is also not legally available at all except by buying the retail version. My advice would be to buy the EU edition of the game and solve all your problems that way. Minimum headaches.
