Joys of Madness

My what a trip we've all been on. I've played a number of MMORPGs, been in a number of guilds, each one a dear memory. Though over time each one lost its luster, its flair. I'm here to ask everyone for the help in reclaiming that flair and luster that we all hold for roleplaying in MMOs.

I've played a number of them. WoW, LOTR, SWG, SWTOR, GW, GW2, FFXI, FFXIV, ESO, EQ, EQ2, and even UO. Ultima Online was probably one of the better ones in my opinion.

I didn't start this thread to brag though, no it's for a simpler reason. I'm looking for a new MMO to RP in.

I roleplayed in each of these games, though I constantly found something constraining about each. I haven't played WoW in over three years now, FFXIV in one and a half. Those were the last two I've played. I like Lord of the Rings and Star Wars, but something about the game's just made me feel off. Not to mention the elitists who were not overly welcoming at times. So I'm outright ruling any of the previous games out. I don't want to return to any of the previous games, no matter how good or bad they were.

I like the idea of being an adventurer in the world, that my actions do not effect the world as a whole but do allow developement. That was a big turn off for FFXIV and ESO, the idea that "You, you are the only one who can save us! The chosen one who will end all our suffering. Now piss off." and just repeats it the next person in line.

So in short, I'd like for a MMORPG that has the following:

Crafting

PvP

Good Story/Lore

Challenging

Great RP Community (Or at least an active one)

Until I can find one, with these in it, I guess I'm stuck playing D&D and Pathfinder. Thanks for the help in advance!
